We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our growing team! Do you have a strong understanding of numbers and collective agreements? Are you passionate about working with payroll and eager to broaden your horizons to international clients? If so, you might be the person we’re looking for.

What will your responsibilities include? As a responsible and multilingual Payroll Specialist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, primarily international companies operating in Finland. Your tasks will include full responsibility for the payroll process, from payroll calculations, interpreting collective agreements and legislation, onboarding new payroll clients, to communication with both clients and partners. Providing advice and support to clients and colleagues is also an important part of your role.

You will become part of our dedicated payroll department and join a collaborative team, working closely with colleagues and benefiting from the expertise of the entire department to deliver high-quality payroll services. The role can be based either at our office in Parainen or remotely, by agreement.

Who are we looking for? You have relevant education for the role and several years of experience in payroll (3–5 years). You have worked with payroll systems and developed a solid understanding of payroll administration processes. You are comfortable working digitally and have a proactive approach. You have language skills in English, Swedish, and Finnish. Client communication is primarily in English, the company language is Swedish, and we serve our clients in all three languages.

Welcome to Firmally! We are an authorized accounting firm offering comprehensive financial management services and acting as a reliable partner in our clients’ everyday business. With us, you will work in a flexible and welcoming environment. Alongside a competitive salary, we offer flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work remotely, helping you maintain a sustainable balance between work and personal life. In addition, you will benefit from comprehensive employee benefits and continuous training to support your professional growth and development.

Interested? Submit your application via the contact form below no later than September 13, 2026. Tell us briefly about yourself and your previous experience, and include your salary expectations and CV. The base salary for the Payroll Specialist position is €3,090–€4,000, depending on your skills and experience. The position is full-time and permanent, starting as soon as possible by agreement.

We look forward to hearing from you! We review applications during the application period and will fill the position as soon as we find the right candidate. Credit checks will be conducted for the selected candidate at the final stage of the recruitment process.
